Refund policy

At Chelsea Monroe we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, you may still wish to return an item. This document clearly explains our returns policy.

Returns Policy

- You can only return an item after you have physically received it.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.
- You are allowed to try on the items, but you are not allowed to wear them.
- Returns of products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes for the purpose of (partial) returns are not allowed.

Returns Process

1. Register your return via Support@chelsea-london.com: within 30 days of receiving the item.
2. We will provide you with the return address to our supplier (located in Asia).
3. You return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs. 4. We always recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number.

Refund

After receiving the item at the return address and approving the condition of the product, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method within 12 days.
Responsibility
- We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address is provided, this is the customer's responsibility.
- Address errors and variant changes must be reported within 24 hours of ordering.
- Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee cancellation

1. General Return Guidelines

We accept returns for products that are in their original condition, provided that the return request is initiated within 30 days of receipt. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, makeup, or odors. Please be aware that in alignment with our sustainability initiatives and pricing structure, items purchased during promotional periods, sales, or with discount codes are classified as final sale and are therefore excluded from our standard return policy unless a manufacturing defect is identified. For hygiene reasons, swimwear, lingerie, and earrings are also non-returnable once the hygiene seal has been broken or removed.

2. Processing & Logistics

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to receive a Return Authorization number and the appropriate dispatch address. Our logistics operations are centralized to optimize efficiency and reduce our global carbon footprint; consequently, all returns must be shipped directly to our central distribution facility in Asia. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties or taxes associated with international shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for packages lost in transit.

3. Refunds and Inspections

Upon receipt of your return at our facility, the item will undergo a quality inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a standard processing period of 12 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount where applicable.
